General Manager

He was born in Izmir in 1981. He completed his middle school and high school education at Izmir Private Saint Jospeh French High School with scholarship. Then he studied philosophy in Middle East Technical University. During his university years he worked as instructor on European Union projects. He was also involved in the establishment of the Turkish National Agency within the State Planning Organization as instructor. For a short period of time, he worked at Council of Europe. In 2006, he returned to Turkey and started working with the World Bank. For 3 years, he worked as a Grant Manager in the Youth Social Development Programme. Then he completed his military service in Iskenderun and after his military service, he started to work as a senior manager in a tobacco company in Izmir.

After leaving his position in November 2017, he joined the TARKEM family, first as Deputy General Manager of ORKEM and since January 2018, he has been working as General Manager of TARKEM. He successfully completed two master’s degree programmes as a high honour student, one in Philosophy at Middle East Technical University and the other in Engineering Management at Izmir Institute of Technology.

He is father of two children, Erim and İçim, and husband of Filiz Morova İneler. He is also an active member of various non-governmental organisations. The most important issues for him in the Historic Area are participation, improvement and development.
