We took part in ResconExpo Real Estate, Construction and Urban Transformation Fair.
Our “Vakıflar Mansion/2” building was opened by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality as “Village Institutes Memorial and Culture House/Köy Enstitüleri Anı ve Kültür Evi”.
Our “Arap Fırını Street Ateliers/3” building was opened by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality as the “Guest House for Martyrs’ Relatives and Veterans”.
Our “Vakıflar Mansion/1” building was opened by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality as the “Quiet Neighborhood AGORA/ Sakin Mekân AGORA”.
The restoration of Basmahan has been completed.
“Ahmet Nazım Peştamalcı Bazaar” was purchased.
The superior rights of Rahmi Bey Mansion was acquired.
The restoration of Vakıflar Mansion/1 has been completed.

Izmir Historical Kemeraltı Real Estate Investment Fund, which is the first example in the real estate investment fund ecosystem in terms of impact investment in Turkey, was established under the leadership of TARKEM and in cooperation with Re-Pie Portföy.
The Historical Port City of Izmir Nomination File and Site Management Plan were delivered.

3×3 Videothon Kemeraltı Video Competition was held.
ICOMOS Legal, Administrative and International Scientific Committee (ICLAFI) Symposium and Annual Meeting was held.
We introduced Kemeraltı in the MasterChef program, which was shot in Izmir.
