Real Estate and Cultural Heritage Activities
TARKEM is currently carrying out a total of 19 real estate projects in order to protect the urban values in Kemeraltı and its Surroundings Urban Renewal Area and to integrale them into the society. The project focused its work on 3 regions, namely Basmane Region, Kestelli Region and Havralar Region, which were selected from 19 sub-regions determined in Izmir Historical City Center.

TARKEM ulusal ve uluslararası birçok kurum, kuruluş ve sivil toplumu ile birlikte İzmir Tarihi Kent Merkezi’nde yer alan gayrimenkul projeleri için içerik geliştirme çalışmaları yürütmektedir.
UNESCO Historical Port City of Izmir
İzmir Tarihi Liman Kenti, 2020 yılında UNESCO Dünya Mirası Geçici Listesi’ne dahil edilmiştir. Adaylık Dosyası ve ekleri yürütülen çalışmalar doğrultusunda “The Historic Coastal Trading Settlement:İzmir” adı ile 30 Aralık 2022 tarihinde Kültür ve Turizm Bakanlığı Kültür Varlıkları ve Müzeler Genel Müdürlüğü’ne iletilmiştir.
Izmir Historic Kemeraltı Real Estate Investment Fund
The fund, which is the first impact investment in the real estate investment fund ecosystem, was launched under the leadership of TARKEM in cooperation with Re-Pie Portfolio Management Company. TARKEM and Izmir Historical Kemeraltı Real Estate Investment Fund, have started to raise funds by reinforcing their leading role in Turkey on the urban renewal scale.
