About the project:
Yusuf Rıza Primary School is one of the biggest empty parcels of Kestelli region on Kestelli Street, behind Salepçioğlu Mosque. The school has attracted many Prime Ministers, artists and musicians. The school, which lost its importance due to the loss of the attractiveness of Kemeraltı, was demolished in the early 2000s and started to be used as a car park.
Empty parcels will be turned into Information, Technology, Design and Social centers for both young people and small companies. The center will have an international feature with the cooperation of the University and it will become a place of inspiration and comfort in the city centre.
Yusuf Rıza Offices will be offered to the people of İzmir as an economic and technological office where new generations’ needs are met. With its easy access, qualified projects will be produced at the center which will be in demand and will take its place among the priority areas of both private and civil society.
