High Advisory Board
TARKEM High Advisory Board consists of 8 people. TARKEM and its group companies and strategic partners continue their work on a voluntary basis, without expecting or receiving any financial benefit, in order to form opinions in the fields within their field of activity and to offer suggestions for the development of their vision.
Board of Directors
TARKEM Board of Directors consists of 15 people. 15 people form a profile of all partners. The board of directors includes tradesmen of the Historical Kemeraltı Bazaar, successful business people of Izmir, former mayors, members of parliament, ministers and cultural ambassadors. All these people manage TARKEM on a voluntary basis, without expecting or receiving any financial benefit, by focusing on this most valuable area of Izmir. Izmir Historical Kemeraltı Tradesmen Association always has a seat on the TARKEM Board of Directors.
TARKEM has established a strong management structure in the Historical Area. Apart from the Board of Directors, the Investment Committee and the Architectural and Technical Committee, consisting of board members and experts in their fields, play an active role in the activities of TARKEM. In addition, TARKEM is a member of the Izmir Governorship Executive Board, which was established specifically for the Historical Area. Among all these structures, TARKEM ensures the integrated communication and relationship in the Historical Area, both within itself and with external stakeholders.
Architectural and Technical Advisory Board
With the meetings and field visits it carries out, it ensures that both the projects and the construction of the buildings are carried out in the most correct way.
It is the board that takes responsibility for all steps of TARKEM, its affiliates and strategic partners in the process, from their architectural projects to the end of their construction and then the commissioning of the buildings.
