Evran Kurutaç
Project Manager
He was born in 1978 in Izmir. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Faculty of Architecture, in 2000. He worked in various architectural offices and construction companies in Istanbul and Izmir. He prepared and implemented projects for bank buildings across Turkey. He developed projects for industrial structures. He designed numerous residential projects. Within the office he worked in, the restoration project “Sayıner Evi” he designed won the “Respect for History Local Preservation Award”. In the subsequent period, after founding his own architectural firm, Evran Kurutaç Freelance Architecture Office (bundan hiç emin değilim), he undertook architectural projects in various fields. He served as a project manager in construction companies and worked as a coordinator on medium and large-scale residential projects as well as high-rise building projects. Since 2017, he has been working as Project Manager at TARKEM. He is married and has a daughter. For Evran Kurutaç, the essential principle is to transfer the heritage structures from the past to the present with the right function and proper techniques, utilizing contemporary technology and advanced architectural possibilities to bring our cultural assets to life.
