About the Project
It is a residence planned to be built in the Kestelli Region in the late 19th century. The structure is a registered historical monument. The parcel area is 78 m², the gross construction area is approximately 144 m², and the garden area is 30 m².
It was purchased by TARKEM in 2019.
The architectural projects were drawn by Öget Architecture. The restoration application was carried out by İZKOÇ Engineering Restoration Construction Industry and Trade Ltd. Co.
It was opened as a Martyrs' Relatives and Veterans' Guest House by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.
