About the Project
It is a single-storey arcade/market structure located within the region, adjacent to Tevfik Paşa Mansion and Pembe Köşk, facing Hatuniye Park, adjacent to Dönertaş Fountain and Hatuniye Mosque. The structure was purchased by TARKEM in 2023.
The structure known as Peştamalciler Bazaar is an open-air arcade structure consisting of 8 shops with 4 single-storey units facing each other. It connects Anafartalar Avenue and 945th Street. The structure includes food and beverage and souvenir sales areas and is functionalized in accordance with the tourism-preferred trade function included in the zoning plan.
It will be implemented in an integrated manner with the accommodation and cultural center projects to be carried out in the region.
