About the Project
The building was a residential structure built in the Basmane district, near Hatuniye Square, approximately in the late 19th century.
It is a registered historical monument. It consists of a basement and two floors above.
The parcel area is 369 m², the gross construction area is approximately 475 m², and the garden area is 178 m².
The building, which was used as a hotel until recently, has been re-functioned as a Boutique Hotel/Cultural Center. The aim is for visitors to receive quality accommodation services at affordable prices, and the building's original architectural design and historical texture will be preserved.
There will be wet areas in the basement, and rooms on the ground floor and first floors. Unqualified additions in the garden will be removed, and the garden will be connected to the kitchen in the basement.
